We have a long tradition of educating lawyers who serve the public. Beyond our strong curriculum in this area, we provide you with generous financial support during and after your time in law school to pursue public service careers. Each year, our students perform some 30,000 hours of pro bono work. Our faculty models this philosophy, providing volunteer leadership to foundations, non-profits, public interest groups and non-governmental organizations. Instilling the principles of professional ethics is vital, so that every student graduates with the highest moral standards.
