Credits: 2.00
Faculty: David Trager

This course is an in-depth examination of the religion clauses of the First Amendment. The focus will be on recent developments in the law and "hot" topic issues such as school vouchers, aid to faith-based welfare organizations, school dress, student-led prayer at sports events and graduation exercises, access to public buildings by religious groups, etc. Students may opt to write a paper or to take a final examination.
