Daniel W. Dienst was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Prior to joining the company, Dienst had a lengthy and successful career in the scrap metal recycling industry, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Sims Metal Management, Ltd. Jewell L. Esposito, formerly co-chair of the ERISA practice at Constangy Brooks & Smith LLP, joined the Washington, D.C. region office of Jackson Lewis LLP as a partner. Esposito practices in the areas of ERISA, executive compensation and tax law. (9/8/2013)

Thomas J. Frank, Jr. joined the San Francisco, CA office of Whittier Trust as Executive Vice President and Northern California Regional Manager, and he also sits on the firm's Executive Committee. He was previously a director at Abbot Downing, a division of Wells Fargo Bank. (9/11/2013)

Horace H. Ng, Managing IP Counsel and Director of IP Development at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., was named a 2014 Corporate Counsel Award finalist in the Best IP Lawyer Category by the San Francisco Business Times. With U.S. headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, Marvell is a worldwide semiconductor firm that holds over 4,000 U.S. patents (as well as protections in Asia and Europe). (4/3/2014)

Pasqualino Russo was honored by The Bay Ridge Lawyers Association as its outgoing president at its 59th Annual dinner in June 2013. Russo is special counsel at Windels MarxLane & Mittendorf, LLP, where he focuses his practice on transportation law. (9/8/2013)

Felice A. Sontupe was appointed Chief of the Kings County District Attorney's newly created Frauds Bureau. The Bureau has broad responsibility for investigating and prosecuting all forms of fraud, including complex frauds, such as embezzlement, investment fraud and insurance fraud. Sontupe was previously Section Chief in the Labor Bureau and Deputy Chief in the Medicaid Fraud Bureau at the New York State Attorney Generals' Office where she served for 12 years. (5/1/2014)

Anthony M. Vassallo, previously an attorney in the bankruptcy departments of Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP, Togut Segal & Segal LLP, and Golenback Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe, LLP, opened his own practice focusing on bankruptcy and restructuring services. (6/28/2013)

Ira R. Weissman, a partner in the Law Office of Naiburg, Obedin & Weissman, was elected president of the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association. (6/28/2013)

Phoebe A. Wilkinson, previously a partner at Chadbourne & Parke LLP and co-head of its Products Liability Group, joined the New York office of Hogan Lovells as a partner. Wilkinson focuses her practice on complex and international disputes with an emphasis on products liability on behalf of pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer appliance manufacturing companies.
