    The housing charges listed below are per student, per academic year (August 15-July 31). Heat and hot water are included, but electricity is not. Residents of 2 Pierrepont Street will also pay a damage deposit in the amount of $1000.

    Capacity: 20 students in 17 apartments

    The housing charges listed below are per student, per academic year (August 15-July 31). Utilities are not included. Residents of these buildings will also pay a damage deposit in the amount of $1000 and a per semester Technology Fee of approximately $90 for wireless internet.
