Perspectives in Legal Analysis I

This course surveys core US legal doctrine in a number of areas such as contracts/sales, real property, torts, family law and wills. These core topics will then be analyzed from the perspective of the New York courts.

Grading and Method of Evaluation

Letter grade only. Periodic exams throughout the semester and a final exam will test the students' knowledge in these areas through practical application. This course is open only to students in their final year in law school and is a year long course.
