Labor Law: Advanced Problems

This course deals with advanced problems in the law of private sector labor relations. It will concentrate on the administration and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, including the grievance-arbitration process, no-strike agreements and related matters. The course is intended to complement the basic Labor Law course.

Grading and Method of Evaluation

Letter grade only. Final exam.
