Joshua D. Bernstein, a partner in the New York office of Pryor Cashman LLP, was named a 2103 “Rising Star” in the Real Estate category by Law360. Dona J. Fraser was promoted to vice president in the Privacy Certified Department of the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). ESRB is a non-profit, self regulatory body that assigns ratings for video games and apps. Fraser joined the company in August 2007 as director of the Privacy Online Department. (4/5/2013)

Amy W. Lu joined the New York office of Mintz Levin P.C. as Of Counsel in the firm's Real Estate Practice. Amy's practice involves all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition and development of office, retail and mixed-use properties, joint ventures, and office, retail, ground and data center leasing. Amy previously served as an executive director of the legal and compliance division of Morgan Stanley where she handled transactions relating to the development, design and construction and leasing of the institution's real estate portfolio in the Americas, APAC and EMEA as well as managed the global legal work-streams of corporate transactions. Amy also practiced as an associate in the real estate group of Fried Frank representing developers, owners, investors, and financial institutions on a broad array of complex real estate projects.
