Noah Kupferberg joins Brooklyn Law School this Fall as a Visiting Instructor of Law. Since 2010, he has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Columbia University School of Law, where he has taught case analysis and synthesis, statutory law, drafting and revision of memos, client communication, mediation, appellate brief writing, and oral advocacy. He is also an associate at Cooley LLP, practicing in the fields of white collar and regulatory defense litigation. His background also includes work as an associate in the Litigation Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Griesa in the Southern District of New York. Professor Kupferberg received his A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard University and his J.D. with honors from Columbia University School of Law. Prior to practicing law, he worked as an editor for Random House and as a journalist for The Village Voice.​
