Mr. Feingold is a senior partner of Feingold & Alpert LLP. He has over 35 years of experience in providing creative solutions to clients’ tax and business problems involving virtually every area of the U.S. tax law, with an emphasis in international matters. Mr. Feingold has acted as lead counsel or otherwise advised on a variety of very large and extremely complex international matters, including the investments, acquisitions and other activities of non‑U.S. individuals and entities, and the non-U.S. investments, acquisitions and other activities of U.S. individuals and entities. In a number of cases, Mr. Feingold assisted in the creation of techniques currently used by others in several different types of international and domestic transactions.
This is a unique program that brings back graduates who have excelled in their field of work to meet with students in an intimate setting over lunch or dinner. The graduates discuss their career paths and achievements since Law School, imparting practical advice along the way, and respond to questions from students.
