The Office of Residence Life assigns one student per studio and one student per 1-bedroom apartment. For the 2- or more-bedroom apartments, students can select their roommate(s). Each student in an apartment has a private bedroom.

Feil Hall apartments are furnished; other apartments are unfurnished. No pets are allowed in any building. Housing charges do not include electricity and in some cases, gas.

Apartment Housing Licenses are typically from August 15-July 31. The fall semester housing charge is included with the student’s fall semester tuition invoice. The spring semester housing charge is included with the spring semester tuition invoice. Each installment must be paid in full immediately at the time of billing. Payment on either a monthly or quarterly basis is not permitted.
