02.01.11 Brooklyn Law School Offers New Exchange Program in Argentina
    Argentina

Brooklyn Law School is pleased to announce a new addition to our semester abroad programs. Students fluent in Spanish are eligible to study law in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) School of Law beginning in the Fall 2011 semester.

Full-time students in their second or third years and part-time students in their third or fourth years at the time of study abroad may apply to participate in the UTDT program. Two students will be selected to attend during the fall semester. Students may choose from a selection of UTDT’s fourth- and fifth-year undergraduate program courses as well as from any courses in the school’s Master’s degree programs.

UTDT offers four academic programs: the law degree program (Abogacia), the LL.M. program in Law and Economics (Maestria en Derecho y Economia), the LL.M. program in Tax Law (Programa Internacional de Derecho Tributario), and the LL.M. program in Criminal Law (Maestría y Especialización en Derecho Penal).

UTDT was established in 1991 “with the goal of contributing substantially to academia and education in Argentina.” The School of Law opened its doors in 1996, with the chief objective of providing students with a high quality legal education to help promote a reliable, just, and efficient legal system in Argentina.
