Web Posting Forms
To post your student organization announcement or event, please select the appropriate online form below. All requests must be submitted via the online forms.

Online Events Calendar Listing/“It’s Happening at BLS”
Use this form to list an event in the BLS Online Events Calendar. This is where to list your student organization-sponsored events and meetings. You must have a confirmed room reservation before you fill out the calendar listing form. All on-campus events sponsored by Brooklyn Law School student organizations listed on the Web site calendar will be included in the weekly “It’s Happening at BLS! email distributed vial the BLS-Announce mailing list. To be included in Friday’s distribution of “It’s Happening at BLS!” for the following week’s events, you must fill out this form prior to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Please note: off-campus events will not be listed.

Online “Important Notices” Announcements
Use this form to list an announcement in the “Important Notices” section of the Web site. Examples include: deadlines for law journal submissions, requests for volunteers, announcements of service projects like food or clothing collection for the needy. Please do not post student organization events or meetings here. When you fill out this form, you may also request to have your announcement sent as an email via the BLS-Announce list. Such requests will be filled at the discretion of the Office of Administrative Services.

BLS Announce Mailing List
As a general rule, individual event announcements will no longer be distributed via the BLS-Announce list; these announcements will be included in the weekly “It’s Happening at BLS!” email distributed via the list. Changes, corrections, or “late-breaking” announcements that could not have been submitted in time for inclusion in the previous Friday’s “It’s Happening at BLS!” may be permitted at the discretion of the Office of Administrative Services. The Student Bar Association will also be permitted to submit announcements of general interest to the student body. The BLS-Announce list will also continue to be used by the Law School faculty and administration to distribute important announcements to all students. Any questions about this policy should be directed to the Office of Student Affairs at 718-780-7900.

Room Requests
Remember, all on-campus events taking place in Brooklyn Law School facilities must be submitted via the online room request form before they can be posted elsewhere.
