Biography

Professor Fulham joined the Brooklyn Law School faculty in July 2024 after serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor during the previous year. Before joining the Law School faculty, Professor Fulham taught legeal writing as an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law From 2022-2024 and practiced law in the private and public sectors. She began her legal career as a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, where she represented individuals and corporations in a wide range of cases, including securities class actions, antitrust cases, and international arbitrations. She also acted as pro bono counsel in class actions on behalf of veterans and in wrongful death cases involving the NYPD. She then worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Division of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she argued appeals on behalf of the People of the State of New York addressing a wide variety of crimes, including murder, armed robberies, securities fraud, and sex offenses.

Professor Fulham served as a law clerk to the Honorable Janet DiFiore, former Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals.

Professor Fulham earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the New York City Bar Association’s National Moot Court team. After earning a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Villanova University, she taught middle school history in Memphis, TN.
