Entertainment Law

This course surveys the structure of various aspects of the entertainment industry, including motion pictures, television, the legitimate stage, publishing and music, together with a consideration of the major support functionaries such as talent agencies, managers, attorneys, and accountants. Emphasis is placed upon agreements and other documents utilized in the industry.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:
Letter grade with pass/fail option. Final exam.
