TSI Symposium: China, the U.S., and Global Trade Secrets Enforcement (CLE program)

About the Symposium
Trade secrets protection is now a global issue. Cross-border technology transfer, cybercrime, state-sponsored economic espionage, and international trade disputes have all produced a uniquely challenging environment for trade secret law, policy, and practice. Nowhere are these issues more important than in the U.S.-China relationship, as recent trade policy and law enforcement developments have shown.

Please join us for a discussion of the international dimension of trade secrets. Experts from government and private practice will discuss trade secret enforcement in a variety of domestic and international settings, especially within and between the United States and China.
