Biography
Ms. Gradinger graduated from the University of Toronto with a dual JD/MSW degree. She worked for nine years within blocks of BLS at the New York City Department of Education in the Special Education Unit where she managed the litigation and settlement of due process complaints filed on behalf of students with disabilities. She then served as Associate General Counsel for the Center for Independence of the Disabled, NY which included work on advocacy campaigns and grant review and preparation.
