Biography
Gabrielle Marshall serves as one of the Law School’s legal writing support specialists for the 2021-2022 school year. A litigator for nearly a decade, Professor Marshall has extensive experience with legal writing and research. Prior to joining Brooklyn Law School, she taught Critical Legal Analysis at Rutgers Law School-Newark, where she instructed, counseled, and academically supported second-year law students. In her law practice as a senior associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, she represented auditing firms and other corporate entities in complex multi-national securities fraud actions. As a law student, Professor Marshall was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review and, upon graduation, selected to be a member of the Order of the Coif. Professor Marshall also provides career consulting to practicing attorneys.
