Biography

Roger Michalski is a Visiting Assistant Professor, whose research focuses on civil procedure, evidence, criminal procedure, international litigation and arbitration, and administrative law. His work in these areas has been published most recently in the Connecticut Law Review, San Diego Law Review, Yale Law Journal, Harvard Law and Policy Review, and the Buffalo Law Review. Professor Michalski joins the faculty from the Public Defender’s Office in Bakersfield, California, where he was a deputy public defender. He has previously taught undergraduate legal studies and political theory at the University of California, Berkeley and University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, respectively.
