Advanced Bankruptcy Colloquium Seminar

This seminar will explore current "hot" topics in bankruptcy and business restructuring. Topics will include: (1) subprime lending and consumer finance; (2) small business bankruptcy; (3) asset sales; (4) governance issues in bankruptcy; (5) municipal and/or sovereign bankruptcy; (6) international bankruptcy. The course will look at these and other questions from a practical and theoretical perspective, including scholarly presentations of works in progress.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:
Letter grade only. A paper is required which may be used to satisfy the upper class writing requirement.
