Legal Analysis Seminar

Legal Analysis Seminar is offered each spring to first year students who can most benefit from additional attention to the basic principles of legal analysis. The course meets once a week throughout the semester. The syllabus includes basic principles of close case reading, legal reasoning and analysis, study skills including case briefing, note-taking and outlining, and preparing for and writing exam answers.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:
Pass/Fail only.
