Products Liability

An examination and analysis of the source, development and tools employed in dealing with the problems of defective and dangerous products is made. The study of this field of law covers not only the development of the roots of strict liability as applied to the problems of a technical society, but pays particular attention to the evolution of new concepts, such as design response to the effects of defective and dangerous products and the growth of federal regulatory controls.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:
