Professional Responsibility

This two-credit course analyzes the duties and responsibilities of the legal profession, including its history, goals and structure. A detailed analysis and discussion of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct Code of Professional Responsibility are undertaken. Enrollment Note: Students who have earned credit for The Legal Profession cannot take this course.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:
Letter grade only. Final exam.
