Michael Arcieri ’04 Named Knicks Director of Basketball Strategy
Michael Arcieri ’04 has been named director of basketball strategy by the New York Knicks as part of a broader build-up of the the organization’s front office staff.
Arcieri previously served as director of basketball operations for the Orlando Magic during the 2016-17 season; before that he was director of basketball administration for the team.
Before working for Orlando, Arcieri served as part of the team counsel for the Dallas Mavericks’ Texas Developmental League Affiliate, the Texas Legends, and was a high school basketball coach in New Jersey. He worked as a staff attorney in the litigation department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison for nearly four years before entering the world of professional basketball.
